All content, including the proprietary MunjiSense AI algorithms, sensor designs, and branding, is the exclusive property of Munji and protected by international patent and copyright laws.
3. USE OF TECHNOLOGY
The MunjiSense adaptive mattress and companion app are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Any attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the sensor systems is strictly prohibited.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their app accounts and ensuring their hardware is used according to the provided safety guidelines.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Munji shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our intelligent sleep systems beyond the repair or replacement terms outlined in our warranty.
6. PRIVACY
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our AI uses anonymized sensor data to improve your sleep alignment.
